Just snip out what Antonio said. As I’ve posted before, I’ve just started prefacing conversations to these guys with, “before you try to tell me I’m the only guy with this problem, be aware there’s this thing call the Internet, so a bunch of us talk about our problems, so we know we’re not the only one with these problems” or something to that effect.

I sold some modems to a friend in NH and yesterday I told Mikey it was time to transfer the monthly billing to my buddy. He said it’d be done by the end of the day. Yesterday evening I asked if the transfer was done yet. Mikey said my buddy wouldn’t answer him all day and attached a screenshot showing a message in the morning and one a couple minutes ago.
