Urgent tech note for those installing cell amps

I've had a rash of customers who I've installed cell phone amps calling and complaining that their amp has quit working. All the lights are on but their conversations are real choppy. I'd go out and check and everything was working fine....I'd do multiple test calls with my iPhone and it would be clear as a bell. Well. long story short, I finally figured out what the issue was and HOW to fix it.

Every problem was with a Samsung phone. Here's how to fix it. Go into settings, connections, advanced calling. You'll noticed that HD Voice and Video Calling is now turned on by default. Turn that OFF. Problem solved.

I guess in some areas, the towers are so overwhelmed that there just isn't the bandwidth for HD calling. Who cares, his voice sounded fine with it turned off.
