Something to mention next time you talk to GotW3

We got another whinie-gram from Dow/GotW3 complaining about multiple emails being sent for the same customer. If any of you happen to talk to Scott or anyone else at GotW3 (I don't care to talk to them anymore). Tell them they wouldn't GET multiple emails IF they simply acknowledged getting the FIRST one. When we send an email to dealer support we get absolutely NO response. That leaves dealers not knowing if the email even was opened to begin with.
