He also was black and had suffered stage 4 cancer in his past. I don't care who you are, something is going to get you. He was not timid.

I proudly voted for him for Senate when he ran against Johnny Isakson in the Georgia primary.

A conservative, self-made black man. Something so rare to Democrats they have to brand them 'coons' or Uncle Tom.

He was a good man, hard worker, and very successful. Survived colon and liver cancer. He had a good run. RIP Herman Cane.

Former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain has been hospitalized with the coronavirus, his team announced Thursday afternoon. News of his diagnosis comes just days after Cain appeared at President Trump’s rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was attended by scores of maskless supporters. In a statement, Cain’s team said he was informed that he had tested positive on June 29, and “had developed symptoms serious enough” that he required hospitalized in the Atlanta area on July 1. “Mr. Cain did not require a respirator, and he is awake and alert,” the statement says, adding, “There is no way of knowing for sure how or where Mr. Cain contracted the coronavirus.”

He caught it at the Tulsa rally so tRump really helped kill him plus he didn't wear a mask why did they remove the stickers for social distancing???
Trump is the equivalent of Typhoid Mary as it looks like his rally’s will eventually create a body count.

I didn't see any social distancing at John Lewis' FuneRally today either, and many without masks including Obama and Bush. Of course its ok for demoncrats.

I always liked Herman Cain. Didn't agree with his politics and thought he was a gimmick as a politician (9-9-9 plan) but he was an entertaining guy, I actually liked his radio show. Too bad his political party got him killed.

In his honor.

IT'S TIME TO RESET

The only solution to this crisis is to completely replace the US’s Republican Leadership with competent Democratic Leadership.
Trump and his Republican enablers are paralyzed by their own failures.

They cannot imagine how their corrupt ideology leads this nation into a ditch.

Nor are they capable of accepting their failures and changing course. Their Party is lead by a psychopath.

Who only is concerned with exalted adoration of himself and lives from news cycle to the news cycle.

McConnell is just as corrupt and deviant as the failed leader he props up. I’m ashamed to be an American right now.

Instead of leading the world out of this catastrophe, we’re making it much worse.

The death toll keeps rising.

Re-elect Trump and the National death toll Could well pass one or two million...

He won't have three funerals.
He won’t be given a gold casket.
He won't be flown all over the United States.
He won't lie in state at the Capitol rotunda.
He won't get much mention from the liberal news media.
He won’t receive military honor guards.
No former presidents will give a eulogy. No media coverage for three hours during prime daytime TV.
His name is Herman Cain. He was a conservative, Christian, black American who was raised by a mother who was a cleaning woman and domestic worker (read that as a maid), and a father who was a barber and a janitor. The senior Cain later worked three jobs to build a house for his family.
Herman Cain, the son, rose from nothing to become an astute and respected business man.
At 36, he was assigned in the 1980s to analyze and manage 400 Burger King stores in the Philadelphia area. His success at Burger King prompted Pillsbury to appoint him president and CEO of another subsidiary, Godfather's Pizza. In 1988, Cain, Ronald B. Gartlan, and a group of investors bought Godfather's from Pillsbury. After he left Godfather's, he was on the board of directors of Aquila, Inc., Nabisco, Whirlpool, Reader's Digest, and AGCO, Inc. The list goes on and on.
Herman Cain was a conservative icon. Beloved in Republican politics. He should have been the first black President.
Herman Cain was successful in all aspects of life. He was a business genius—BUT—he was a conservative in a country where a black man, a successful black man, dare not take that path.
Rest In heavenly peace, Herman Cain. Thank you for your contributions to America. Your life undoubtedly mattered to your family and friends but also to millions of Americans you never knew.

He could just as easily have picked it up at his local 7-11. The simple fact is you don't know, so give it a rest.
