GotW3 is now encouraging affect Rural customers to switch to Urban

Figured I'd give you guys a heads up. GotW3 is obviously telling affected Rural customers to change to Urban. I've got several problems with this.

Most of our Rural customer ARE Rural customers because there was no signal on T-Mobile

Next, I've already gone through this nightmare a couple months ago when they told all affected Urban customers to switch to Rural...only to have them switch BACK a couple weeks later.
