Rural plans (A T & T) may take as long as a week to activate. We will continue to update you as we receive new information.
Additionally, T-Mobile continues to have technical issues on their activations platform as well. We hope to have those issues resolved by the end of the week. We understand this is frustrating and we appreciate your patience as we work through these issues. It is important to set the expectations with your customers.
